Welcome to "Ishani: His Only Peace"-a story woven with emotions, chaos, stillness, and love that blooms in unexpected places.

First of all, thank you for choosing to read my book.

This is Tara, and before anything else, thank you truly for being here.

Your time, your attention, and your heart, mean more than I can say.

I still can't believe I'm finally sharing this piece of my heart with the world. This story, this journey, these characters mean everything to me.

This is my debut novel, my first attempt at telling a story that lived quietly inside me for years. I'm not a professional author. English isn't my first language, so there may be flaws. But this book has been written with every drop of sincerity, passion and soul i have.

This story contains obsession, trauma, violence, emotional complexity, mafia themes, illegal activities, drugs, murders and grey morality. It may not be suitable for all readers so proceed if you're comfortable.

Just so you know - this is a safe space for your heart. There's no cheating in this story, no third party-drama, no Betrayal disguised as love. I don't romanticize disloyalty. Love in this world May be dark, intense or painfully complicated, but it is never unfaithful. When hearts are broken here, it's by fate, not by choice.

This story is a product of my wild, emotional, slightly dramatic imagination. All characters, events, and plotlines are fictional. Images belong to their respective owners. Emotions, plotlines, and heartbreaks? 100% mine. Don't mix the two.

Kind readers and heartfelt comments are always welcome. Toxicity, however, will be greeted like an uninvited storm swiftly, silently and without mercy.

English isn't my first language. And this story wasn't crafted to win a grammar trophy. You might come across a few slip-ups or awkward pauses as I'm human, not autocorrect. I promise to minimise the errors, but if your mission is to hunt for mistakes instead of feeling the story, then darling this isn't your battleground.

✦ Personal Reminder: kindly don't compare my characters to anyone else not your favourite fictional crush, not a viral reel, and definitely not another author's creation. These characters are deeply mine, flawed, fierce and untouchable original. If you're here, read with your heart, not your reference list.
